His plan was basically to just rule the world. No need for that stupid "Pain" name. @Scotty_Rogers His plan had nothing to do with ruling the world. He literally wanted to inflict massive amounts of pain and suffering onto the world at periodic intervals so nobody would want war, which ties into his troubled upbringing where he lost his family and friends to war.
