Bill Clinton was only saved because the Dems had the majority at the time. Think the world leaders respected the US when that was going on? Far more than under Dubbya or Orange Nero, at least. Also, the reason nothing has passed to remove Trump yet is because the Republicans literally control both House and Senate. Mueller can submit findings of every wrongdoing imaginable, complete with an extensive library of irrefutable evidence, and the House and Senate won't make a move against Trump. The Dems seated in either, however, would proceed to do something stupid that helps no one in particular.
