Topic	Going all meat diet for a few days

She's severely mentally ill. The only other dude propping it up is the orthopedic that got his license taken away. The all meat diet gave Shawn Baker diabetes and tanked his testosterone to that of a 90 year old woman. It's your body tho. Rofl meat giving diabetes. GL TC, its not sustanainable but worth trying. Id add berries for snacks or potatoes with your meat. I get brain fog when I lower carbs too much.
