| IslamMD 07/02/18 3:05:52 PM #30: | Here is the gist of what I can gather from the video. Cops found 5 deleted images. He admitted he willfully put them there. Saying he was fixing a friends computer and backed up her files on his computer. He claims he then realized she had CP on her computer. Lawyer responds saying that now you are in a situation where you admit to knowing she had CP and didn't report. Dawkins responds that he didn't even know that was even a law. But he did report before. He said he was a part of a chat room where some dude solicited CP. He reported it to cops. Cops said they would call back Monday. He claims they didn't as well as not follow up on it. Lawyer said the images were found in a valid warrant. Dawkins claims that they searched his house around noon and didn't provide warrant or tell him about the search until 4pm same day. His Lawyer also said he would consult with expert to find out if the images were in I believe the term was unallocated space(?). Text on the video says that didn't happen. --- Kevin Durant.
