yes. and if not animal control should be immediately notified and that dog should be put down. i've had overly aggressive dogs that i've had put down, sometimes they're just like that. most of the time it's just shit pet owners though

just because it's your friend shouldn't change anything. would you be cool with walking down the street and some dude's dog attacks you?

i didn't say it attacked me. a lot of times cops shoot dogs who aren't aggressive. should i be able to shoot a dog on sight just in cause like that?
