Then you will start looking at buying a house and see that most of the houses are 1 bedroom 1 bathroom for over half a million dollars. Then you will start looking out of state and realize, damn I can have an entire acre of land with a mansion built on it for the same price in Texas. You can blindly love California if you want to, but itll happen and I know secretly you know this too, but choose to deflect it.
