It's racist by the liberal standard of "If you make fun of an individual who's black, even if it has nothing to do with them being black, you're racist".
It refers to a (very likely fictional) event in which a black woman named her kid "Le-a", pronounced "Ledasha" because "the dash isn't silent".
SirMixaLot actually is a rather open racist though. He actively hates black people and blames them for his fathers ramen restaurant failing or some bullshit. Also claims that they sucked all the money away that would have put him in a better law school. He supposedly went to a t4. Even that is doubtful though given his utter ignorance of legal matters.
Okay, so he himself is a racist.
If someone who's a known racist says "The sky is blue", does that mean stating the sky is blue is now racist? ---
