I used to volunteer at nursing homes and I am now at nursing school and the females are overwhelmingly more than the male. Like 4-1 or more kind of overwhelming. Yeah - though they genuinely get better job opportunities and advance much faster than female nurses. You chose a good career path, especially if you go on to get your RN license - you'll have endless opportunities in any specialty you want.
