Topic	My apartment's rent has increased 100% since I moved in.

Lol better than a mortgage + property taxes which would be way more than the monthly cost of rent but at least a lot of that money goes to the principal over those 10 years, which means you aren't throwing as much money away. with equity + appreciation you can increase your net worth quite a bit. good one 10 years ago house prices were slammed by the great recession, broseph. and right now most markets are hot. should've definitely gained some appreciation in the last 10 years. --- Do good.
