This is how real systemic racism operates these days. Subtle, not noticable out of context, and almost invariably under the guise of "fighting racism" rather than perpetuating it. And, more often than not, it comes from the side that invariably claims they're "anti-racist" and will cry "racism" any time their racism-perpetuating policies are questioned or opposed.

There are not under qualified people being hired to do jobs...the only instance that I can think of this happening off the top of my head is teachers without teacher certifications in the sorts of bad school districts you see in the movies with the substitute teacher that fixes everything.

Proving white privilege is real is easy af. First, it's merely a generalization of white people. It does not mean there aren't white people with bad luck too. It just means white people in general, have it easier. I mean, do you really think that all races are equal. Exactly equal? God damn we must all be geniuses then to pull that off...I would go so far as to say that we would be MASTERS OF THE ****ING UNIVERSE if every race was equal. Come on.....really?

No. Let's compare whites to blacks. Blacks have only been free to vote for 50 years. Think of how many more years white families had to acquire wealth, own a home, and pass it down to their kids or invest in a business and keep it going, etc. Time is valuable...and it's real...it's also true that people tend to aggregate with others of the same race. And if you are part of the race that makes up 60% of the population, congratulations, you more than likely will have a much larger and useful social network.

It's not rocket science. It's humility. Admit that white people have an advantage (GENERALLY. Do you know what this means?). It doesn't mean you have to be successful. I think I'm smart af. People might ask why I'm not successful. Because I'm going mad in all this nonsense, and I'm depressed. I don't fit in. It's possible to have advantages and get ****ed over.
