Even conservatives shouldn't want this. A 5-4 majority is one thing, but a 6-3 or 7-2 hivemind? Who actually wants that?

Now why should we not want 9-0 majority when the Democrats have had a long running history of abusing minorities and throwing away rights in the courts.

Just look at the recent cell phone case that went towards the liberal side. Moderation is important always. You can't honestly tell me you'd like to have 9 right wing tea party nutjobs deciding the fate of every case. Those are the kind of people Trump is looking at. Not relatively moderate Republicans, hardline conservatives.
