I will say that this is a fresh take on trans people I haven't seen before. Usually people erroneously cite science.


Yeah, metaphysics and philosophy are exactly what we should be looking at, as well as precedent and scientific evidence.

It is the trans camp which relies on feelings and accepts at face value the declaration that because someone feels like a woman, they are one. They will not bear any argument on the question, because you are immediately rendered a transphobe, and they seek to ram it through law without having to do any of the work to get there, only bullying.
