That outlook right there is why most people fail. Fit people don't rely on motivation. They have a routine. If you go into your workout/diet every day imagining you're going to be stoked and looking forward to the day you're ripped, you'll fail. It's not gonna be fun every day. It's just something that gets done. Like sleeping and showering. It's about routine, not motivation.
