Use an online TDEE calculator to figure out how many calories you should eat a day, making sure you're at a calorie deficit. Try -500 a day. Good macro ratio is 45% carbs, 35% protein, 20% fat. Don't forget about micros either, eat vegetables. Don't drink your calories, the easiest way to cut. Measure your progress by body fat percentage, not weight.
