I think you're overreacting a bit. The supreme court very rarely rules twice on an issue. I'd say the only thing really at risk is Roe v Wade since the evangelicals have been gunning for it day end and day out.

Roe v Wade being overturned will just bring about more deaths as back alley abortions gain precedence. If a woman doesn't want to carry to term, a simple law made by a bunch of religious morons won't stop her.

Also Obergefell stands a solid chance of being brought up again depending on how much of a religious nut Trump's pick is.
