I know you can have a set of equipment for each job but like... if you already completed all the quests in an area, are you limited to the Job-specific quests and grinding monsters to level up? Youve got dungeons and roulettes to run that get you good exp. theres also beast tribes if you have them unlocked. If you have it unlocked, theres also the deep dungeon Palace of the Dead which gives you a lot of exp based on your current level. Deep dungeons are different though in that your gear and level outside dont matter, and inside the dungeon its based on your aetherpool stat which you upgrade with blue chests you find in the dungeon.
