It is funny that the Mentors are the ones you have to watch out for, thanks for that heads up. Oh yea I forgot there is something called Guildleves. You need allowences, you get like 2-3 per day, max 100. You can use these which are like repeatable timed quests to level up as well. But I recomend using them for crafters and gatherers. Also there is a Deep Dungeon you can unlock at 30 I think. It's 200 floors where you always start as lvl 1, progress 10 floors at a time you meet a boss and save progress and get rewards like experience. It's also a way to level up.
