On the flip sidewhen you come off of these opiates, almost everything you do irritates you, is a chore, or is just overall unenjoyable. This lasts for months after the physical withdrawal. Unless you can completely distance yourself, or switch up your setting and surroundings, its often why people fall right back into it.
