Like the characters are theirs, and they've won them the way a main character "wins" the pretty girl in movies and TV shows. Some of them might even get so deluded that they feel like one of the characters is their wife or girlfriend. At that point they'll pay pretty much anything. --- i am truley sorry for your lots ...
