Topic	NO child deserves to be taken away from the parents no matter WHAT.

And if the parents don't fulfill their punishment it gets passed on to the kids to carry out. Absolutely not, that would cost too much. Criminals that have children should simply not face any punishment. Jail time is clearly out of the question, community service would take precious parent/child time from them, and a fine would but unnecessary financial stretch on the family.
