Those kids who actually throw hands should be locked up or go to a special school. Make it safe for regular normal teens.
Lmfao kids getting into a fight means lock them up? That's some weak ass thinking. If they fight, they get punished with a suspension and come back to school and get back on track. The ones that continuously pick fights or cause trouble already deal with alternative schools or jail.
