You have a bunch of teens going through puberty, stuck in a place they don't want to be, around people they may not like for 7-9 hours a day. The difference between them and adults is the adult will get fired for fighting a coworker, while the students just get a suspension and will have to return anyway.

No different than work.

Places you dont want to be, people you dont like, 9-5.

People dont like school and work, except nerds I guess. And 1%ers

It really is a big difference. People need to work to keep a home and eat. The student that just gets into a fight will have to go back anyway. Unless they get arrested or expelled they don't have to worry about losing their home or car. They just go back to class and catch up on missed work.

Not to mention if you really hate your workplace you can go elsewhere. Not as easy to do with school.
