People like you who don't even want to listen and discuss these things as something that's actually real instead of your uneducated notions in your head are what keep the system running. You don't believe it exists and just handwave it away because you've determined for yourself and others that you know everything about everything in this country and other people's lives and won't even so much as think twice or suspend your disbelief. I mean, the city of Austin is reducing their efforts to arrest people for petty crime due to the stark outliers in incarceration rates, which they seem to believe is very much related to the penchant for officers to try and also add other charges. One last note. Your worldview is pretty racist if you think black people as a whole think that white people as a whole are oppressing black people. I mean... you can't make that shit up.
