Honestly, I thought he sucked (and this is coming from someone who likes rap music and follows a large amount of it from over the years). But for whatever reason, a lot of people liked his music. I'll post one of his most well known music videos and let you decide (personally, I think this sucks ass, but others seem to enjoy it). Also, he was considered attractive by many females, so his popularity might be similar to Justin Bieber's. Regardless, here is one of his most well known music videos:

Very much, yes.
