But in all seriousness, isn't this kind of bad timing for this type of thing? it's an attempt to make use of an ultra-fragile congressional majority before it's wiped away collins is highly unlikely to back it so it won't happen and i dont think they can do this with reconciliation anyway --- And when the hourglass has run out, eternity asks you about only one thing: whether you have lived in despair or not. ...
