I loved it the first few seasons because it showcased some cool and different types of acts. Even some of the singers they showcased were unique enough that they wouldn't have cut it on the 'regular' singing comps (such as Prince Poppycock). It's just so repetitive and they push the same three acts to the end, as you mentioned.

This simply isn't true. They DO try to push singers but they don't win anywhere close to 90%. Last year was a puppet shot, before was a singer, the previous was a magician (irr). That's a 33.33% chance. They do put more work into singers though because at the end of the day, it's easy to market and Simon is smart
