Yes. That argument is far better because him staying here BENEFITS this country 1000x more than the government spending and lost economic activity caused by breaking apart an American family.

it's not ICE's fault or the govt's fault for breaking up the family, it's HIS fault. He decided to get married and have kids, knowing the risks involved if in case he gets caught and deported(there was already a deportation order before he met his wife). He's the one being selfish. He should be ashamed of himself putting his family through this, not the govt.
