Black people are more likely to live in poverty and poverty creates crime. What do you want the cops to do?

"Well there is definitely some crime going on in this neighborhood. However, the likelihood of poverty would be lower if not for past racial discrimination. Therefore, we're just not going to enforce the laws here."
