PRetty sure he could move and be a productive member of China at the hundreds of safe cities there. The population there isn't declining due to death and genocide. Gimme a break. It's a fucking excuse as a way to illegally stay in this country. The judge probably ruled against it and after 2 yrs of asymlum, was ordered to be deported.
