ABC and producer Casey-Werner have insisted she will not be involved creatively or financially in a spin off as the revival was cut short and cancelled by Channing Dungey after Roseanne fired off a storm when she made a racist tweet against former Obama advisor Valerie Jarrett and called her an APE!! The next step is now negotiating the "pay away" to pay her off to make her go away for good as the spin off will just revolve around the Connor family including Laurie Metcalfe, Sara Gilbert and John Goodman who have agreed to move on.
