Antman was supposed to be a phase one movie before even Avengers 1. But the director kept dragging his feet on making it So he was originally slated to be a founding Avenger in the MCU? Interesting. The original team in the comics at the beginning is Antman Wasp Hulk Thor Iron Man Cap joined in like issue 4 or 5 when the Avengers find him in some ice And it would have been a young Hank Pym and Janet.
