So here is what TC is not telling us....

Has he been arrested?
Did she call the cops when your "arguement" ended or did she wait a few days (hours)?
Are there pictures of her beaten face or messed up arm?
Did he beat her previously?
Did he brag to his friends how she was a psycho?
Does he have any evidence that contradicts her story?

Be honest man. You beat that girl down or just smashed her out of the way when she was keeping you from leaving.

If you have no priors you don't go to prison for pushing someone down.
If you turned her face into hamburger or sent her to the hospital you might get a felony charge. Don't know if Domestic Assault carries mandatory prison time. If not probation or maybe just county jail time.

Also all of this. Going off what TC said he's not gonna spent any time in prison, especially if she has no marks or bruises.

Not sure what you do for a living but seeing as you can afford a lawyer I'd do your best to get the domestic violence charge covered up.

I'm assuming you got a domestic violence charge from what you described. The domestic violence is worse on your record than going to trial for a misdemeanor assault charge.

Would also rethink the people you date and let live with you lol.
