I can at least try to understand the precedent of not modding someone for something they did off site like the GameFAQs subreddit as Hoth has been known to do where you can't truly prove it was him and not an impersonator, even though everybody knows it was. But in this case he was literally bragging about having someone there, about causing drama, and planning to do more, all on his main Hoth account. Then right after that the board owner and his family are doxxed... I think that's pretty fucking obvious at that point. It's like if some crazy person who's been obsessed with someone for a year one day sent a bunch of texts to someone saying a bunch of things like "I finally found out where you live, I'm watching you, I love what this is doing to you, can't wait until you see what I'm going to do next" then the next day their house is burned down or something, police look over it and go "huh, nothing suspicious here, let's just drop it and move on." Then you can sprinkle on all the other examples of him using this site to target people for doxxing and harassment, most notably Sable before this. Really don't see how long you can let this go on. For a site that makes such a big deal out of savings their own ass like banning Dawkins and now supposedly Franklin as well for threatening the site legally or otherwise, or that will immediately block any accounts of people who are suicidal for liability reasons, they sure don't seem to give a fuck about doxxing and harassment. On top of that now calling someone a name of any kind is immediately flaming. You can get more harshly modded for calling someone a kindergarten insult than you can for doxxing and harassment... I got a NWD yesterday for flaming by clearly sarcastically calling someone a phoney who hates kittens or some random shit like that in the "drama free topic" as a jokingly poor attempt at pretending to start drama.
