Are there pictures of her beaten face or messed up arm? Did he beat her previously? Did he brag to his friends how she was a psycho? Does he have any evidence that contradicts her story? Be honest man. You beat that girl down or just smashed her out of the way when she was keeping you from leaving. If you have no priors you don't go to prison for pushing someone down. If you turned her face into hamburger or sent her to the hospital you might get a felony charge. Don't know if Domestic Assault carries mandatory prison time.
