| treewojima 06/15/18 9:13:57 PM #5: | assistant service manager in the service department of a Ford dealership it's odd, since i'm not a service writer and don't get paid based on commission or gross labor or any of those metrics, but i have enough experience to run the place on my own. the work is stressful, doesn't pay nearly enough (even if you get commission), and you're constantly dealing with the general public. all of that makes for high turnover, and the only reason i've stuck around as long as i have is because my coworkers are generally awesome i think my boss is just happy to have me around keeping the place running smoothly, but as much as i like him, i'm not sticking around much longer ...
