You're doing a disservice to people that are actually medically depressed by saying your "depressed" because of video game news
youre doing a disservice to somebody that may be medically depressed that assuming this episode is not a symptom of a larger issue. which, by the way, does a disservice to not only medically depressed people, but everybody else too :) perhaps try a little empathy?
@PikachuMaxwell, consider seeking some help in some way or another. i know therapy and counseling are expensive, but if you can afford it, it really is a wonderful thing, whether or not you have any actual mental health issue to attend to.
Well, I do have a therapist. I guess I should consider seeing him soon. Thank you for your patience with me - I realize this seems trivial, but I can't help how I feel.

and youre right, you cant help how you feel. last night i was crying in my chair because my date got rescheduled, my housemates left my kitchen a mess, and my friends hadnt texted me in a few hours. thats a series of trivial things that all really sucked because my brain is making everything harder. so its totally normal if a trivial thing sets you off like this, and the best thing you can do is take care of it :)
