That means nothing, especially when a "country full" is just 14%. And if you're not trying to correlate, then the observation is pointless.


This 14% proportion is no different from your USA's african american minority of 12%.

Do blacks look uncommon to you? 15% is already VERY significant. In this proportion, you can pretty much see a black/malay person on the street for every 6 chinese/white persons. And this is esp. so for Singapore, where races are not segragated and dont live separately at all (eg. blacks mostly found in ghettos). Almost all locals live in HDB flats. You see malays everywhere here.
