Topic	Erm was Cyborg a 5th wheel in the Teen Titans cartoon?

Another way to look at it is that Teen Titans improved significantly in writing/characterisations beyond season 1, and kinda kept improving through 2, 3 and then kinda leveling out at a peak by 4. Cyborg himself kinda peaked in season 1 or around there at least and didn't really go anywhere beyond that.
