Senta 06/08/18 12:51:23 AM #8: | I've worked at Subway for a few years now, and honestly, most of the sandwiches are fine to eat calorie-wise. The most insane one is the Chicken Bacon Ranch Melt, because it comes with double the cheese. A few tips, though, if you want to try and cut things out while eating Subway: 1: Have the bread scooped; it removes a ton of carbs you don't need. 2: If you want to fill full, you need to get veggies. Most of the veggies are fine to load up on, just go easy on Olives/Pickles/Banana Peppers/Jalepenos. Those 4 are all filled with sodium, and olives are super high in fat. Everything else is fine. 3: Sauces like Mustard, Oil, Vinegar, Subway Vinaigrette, and even the Sweet Onion are fine to get. Low fat, no calories. --- ... Copied to Clipboard! |
