The collection has a lot of issues. Microsoft are basically re-launching it this year and promising to fix them. does it? Ive only played the campaigns and havent really noticed anything. must be the multiplayer Im guessing? It had a bad launch, and they did fix a lot of it back then. But it still has issues. The campaigns are mostly okay. The main issue there is a desync bug in Halo 2 co-op that makes a mission unbeatable if you have the misfortune of encountering it.
