And it was Donald Trump's dad that supposedly put that into effect, not Donald. Donald worked for his dad's company, but that doesn't make him guilty. A lot of people have worked or do work for companies that have made mistakes or broken the law or acted unethically, but it doesn't make them guilty. You can't control what the owner of a company does.

Donald Trump was the president of the company when that was happening and was said to have been very hands on. He wasn't just some entry level employee who had no input in the day to day operations of the company. He very much could have ended discriminatory policies if he wanted to. He was also specifically named as a defendant along with his father in the federal lawsuit.

Trump calling for the execution of the central park 5 was him reacting without knowing all the facts, which we do every day here on CE. It wasn't him saying "yeah, they're clearly not guilty, but let's execute them anyway".

He doesn't give a shit about the facts. He even doubled down on his feelings about the central park 5 in 2016, WELL after all the facts were publicly known.

In October 2016, when Trump campaigned to be president, he declared that the Central Park Five were guilty and stated that their convictions should never have been vacated.
