Topic | Can you still lift if your muscles are still sore? |

So you can let it rest 3-4 days. The resting is just as important as working/tearing them. I suppose you can do full body on say monday then not lift and only do cardio for the next days then lift again on thursday. But my current plan is to do upper body pt1 on day 1, upper body pt2 on day 2. Legs on day 3. Rest day 4. Then repeat. And i run 3/4 mile and jog 1/4 on the treadmill for warm up on each day too.
