Topic | Can you still lift if your muscles are still sore? |

I totally forgotten about the soreness to be from tendons too. I remember pulling one in my forearm while playing tennis. Took like 3 months to heal. Especially when i went back too early and i damaged it again. Shit is serious. Muscles take like a few days to a week to heal. Tendons can take months. Then bones can take years.
