They're not the only ones doing it, but they're the most successful ones doing it in the Western World.

China has Alibaba for that.

It's destroying Brick & Mortars because there's no consistent Internet Sales Tax that would balance things out to some degree.

There's also the lack of Brick & Mortar Store costs.
