I'm aware Seattle & SF are pretty similar in terms of weather. What I meant was that I hate hot, sunny weather & anything resembling it, and since Seattle is so rainy & cooler 9 months out of the year, I think it wins for weather overall. To clarify, I've visited both cities one time each (almost exactly a year apart), and I live in the Twin Cities, so I'm pretty accustomed to the cold.
