Yes, it is grammatically correct. "Snacks" is plural, and "revenue" is singular.

Also, two singles could be served in the place of one couple. Two singles would buy more snacks than one couple. Couples tend to buy one snack and share it, such as buying one popcorn and sharing it. Two singles would buy two separate snacks since they're not going to be sharing.
