If someone gets hurt it isn't your fault since the primary purpose is to stop your bike from going anywhere and not to hurt someone. Plus only dumb bike thieves would get hurt, those that aren't would see that theres a rope/cable/chain/etc. attached to it. --- I want a pet Lavos Spawn.
