Seemingly unbeknownst to him, a donor played a fake bomb threat message that sent a classroom into a temporary panic. He was subsequently arrested and is now facing criminal charges. To whom do you ascribe more blame to, and who should be facing the criminal charges? --- I do not support homosexuality in any way.
