In one neighborhood I lived it, they did it around 7 or so during the summer. But all the guys usually did it on the same day at the same time in the morning... usually... It worked out ok. And nobody wanted to be in the heat later than afternoon... Personally I prefer mowing the lawn in the late morning or afternoon when I know the grass is dry. Makes it easier to sweep up and clean the lawn mower. There are a few times I got lazy though and ended up mowing the lawn in the twilight hours of 6-7pm. --- "You must gather your party before venturing forth" "Go for the eyes Boo!
