According to my city's municipal code, within the residential area we are limited to a dBA of 55 from 7am to 10pm and 50 dBA from 10pm to 7am. 50 seems reasonable for that time period but 55 is really low. I think a lawn mower is already about 100 dBA. I guess that would work for certain months. But its gonna be really hot. In one neighborhood I lived it, they did it around 7 or so during the summer. But all the guys usually did it on the same day at the same time in the morning... usually... It worked out ok.
